Terms of Service

General TOS

• Commercial use of my art without explicit permission is prohibited.
• You are not allowed to alter, modify, or edit my art in any way nor claim it as your own.
• All progress images will be screenshots with a watermark.
• You may not use my art for AI training.
• I will not take verbal descriptions of a character, only image examples. The quality doesn't matter so long as I can make out details of the character you want.
• I will only alter lineart for a piece, after I have started coloring I will no longer edit the piece.

Payment

• Pay will only be through paypal invoices.
• If paypal is not available for you, please refer to my ko-fi!

Refunds

The following are the only reason I can take refunds

• If I am halfway through the piece and you are in need of a refund, I can give half refund!
• If for whatever reason I am entirely unable to finish your piece, I will issue a full refund.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone!

What I Will Do!

• Fanart
• OCs
• Fursonas
• Ponysonas
• Minor gore/blood
• Slight NSFW/Suggestive Content

What I Won't Do!

• Heavy NSFW
• Pro/Comships
• Heavy Gore/Body Horror
• Mech Art
• Suggestive art of any characters under 18
• AI Art References
• Political/Controversial Art
• Anything that includes hate speech of any kind.
